Our Platform: BrandForge's code, design, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform.

Templates & Assets: Templates and design assets provided by BrandForge are licensed for your use within the platform. You may customize them freely, but may not resell or redistribute the original templates.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated logos and business names are suggestions only. We do not guarantee:

• Uniqueness or originality of AI-generated designs
• Trademark availability of suggested business names
• Domain name availability
• Suitability for your specific use case

Important: Before using any logo commercially, we recommend conducting a trademark search and consulting with a legal professional if needed.

5. Service Availability & Data

No Warranty: BrandForge is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.

Data Storage: Your designs are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB). We are not responsible for data loss due to browser crashes, clearing browsing data, or device issues. We recommend exporting important designs regularly.

Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Provided As-Is: All design tools, calculators, generators, and recommendations are provided for informational and creative purposes only.

No Professional Advice: BrandForge does not provide legal, financial, or professional design advice. Consult appropriate professionals for specific needs.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
